Managing Director Greg Simpson MBA BSc (Hons) FCMI MIoD has a background is in engineering and manufacturing management mainly in the automotive industry (inc. Ford, Jaguar, TRW, and BMW). He is Nissan trained in factory management and cell design. His interim management business, Abbey Management Systems Ltd., is well established. Accreditations as Plant Director are: Winner of the Best Engineering Factory award (DTi), CBI Commendation, IF Commendation, IIP achieved in three plants, Latest ISO, TS, and BS Standards achieved for various clients under his stewardship. He was a senior coach at BMW (Oxford) on their CIPD 2003 award winning WinGs (Working-in Groups) programme and is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute.

Operations Director Glen Walmsley MIoD has a background in automotive Quality Management achieving all the Q based standards for clients. His management consultancy business, Viseb Limited has assisted businesses from the UK to China. Latterly, he has developed the Kaizen workshop programme as a consultant to BMW (Oxford) and was also part of their CIPD 2003 award winning WinGs programme. He has installed the FirstLine™ prototype system in three diverse manufacturing businesses with exceptional results. Glen also delivered the first ever QZ Quality Green status BMW Mini through one of his Kaizen events
