Announcing the FirstLine™ 'Secure Internet Portal (SIP)' and 'Remote Controlled Robot (RCR)' Specification is now complete and launch is expected early 2008.

FirstLine™ will be able to operate internationally through the 'Secure Internet Portal (SIP' and 'Remote Control Robot(RCR)' package. Added to 'Local' and 'Business' measures will be a new external level called 'Global' measures.

FirstLineSIP allows senior and travelling executives remote internet access to FirstLine™. Whether reviewing their own facility or comparing similar facilities (subject to 'Global' access authority), FirstLine™ will put performance data at their fingertips. Executives will be able to drill down into any department and examine any key performance indicator (KPI). Executives will have live information which can be downloaded onto their laptop notepad for e.g. PowerPoint presentation.

FirstLineRCR will enable senior executives with 'Global User' access the ability to:

• Set targets for their reporting facilities
• Compare performance in real time anywhere in the world
• Set reporting timing and flags to ensure on-time updating of information
• Have common global standards of performance reporting
• Apply the feedback template will enable subordinate facilities from across the world the ability to send business level performance data on time and in a format understood by FirstLine™ even before they have their own installation of FirstLine™
• Use the 'language flip' which enables communication in the local language
• When reporting facilities have FirstLine™ installed and FirstLineSIP is active, global executives will be able to drill down into any facility, view any department on any KPI in any country and at any time. The information will be live and upto date, no need to wait for people in different time zones to produce the results. This will be particularly useful to companies with remote facilities in low cost countries where corporate control and performance are key
