Charity Bike Ride West to East Coast

Dec 15th 2006 Using Lean to go Green - New Case Study Available
Bubble Quest Interim division, "FirstExec" have been commissioned to assist FRC Group in Liverpool create the worlds first Bulky Household waste deconstruction facility. The objective is to divert Bulky Household Waste away from landfill on behalf of Sefton Council by using the environmental model of Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.

FRC Group was founded in 1988 and has grown from being a small community based response to poverty in inner city Liverpool to being today one of Britain's best known social businesses turning over millions of pounds.

FRC had seen the Lean approach taken by Bubble Quest Limited with its Blue Chip clients and sought this vision for its latest business venture. The (ex) Prime Minister also showed significant interest in the Interim appointment when Sean Doran of FRC met Tony Blair at a recent function.
Glen Walmsley commented on this exciting challenge "It's a lateral jump to take Lean to Green".

Jan 12th 2007 Passion at Bubble Quest - New Case Study Available
The assignment has only just started and Bubble Quest Limited are recognised with an award for “Passion” from our client FRC Group in Liverpool.
Glen was awarded the FRC ‘Passion Award' on behalf FirstExec for the delivery of first class service to the client.

The World's first bulky household waste deconstruction facility was taken from a much discussed concept to an operational reality in the space of one week. FRC are now active in diverting waste from landfill in support of Sefton Councils environmental policy.
