FirstLine™ Flexibility

FirstLine™ has been designed to be easy to navigate and incorporate a great deal of flexibility. Through extensive research we at Bubble Quest Limited have provided defaults within FirstLine™ to be the most common terms and practices currently used by the world class lean practitioners. Nonetheless, as part of the initial set-up, you can; personalise the terminology to suit your own corporate language, add logos, put in your own training material and standard operations to name but a few of the flexible features.

FirstLine™ tailored to suit client and consultant's Lean model

For clients and Lean consultants who have a unique way of delivering their continuous improvement message, FirstLine™ can be tailored to suit this need. To assess the specific needs of a client or Lean consultant, here is the usual procedure:

Gap Analysis

• Bubble Quest Limited demonstrate FirstLine™ using a spoof company which will give a potential client an opportunity to see what is already available in the package.
• The client or Lean consultant can then make a quick assessment of the parts of FirstLine™ that fits with their own model.
• The client or Lean consultant presents their own model to the team at Bubble Quest Limited.
• The initial rough-cut gap analysis is then converted into a full and comprehensive gap analysis by members of both parties getting together to do a detailed assessment of:
  
  • The parts of FirstLine™ that already fit
  • Those that can be easily modified to fit
  • Client or Lean consultant's model, templates etc, new to FirstLine™ that would need to be incorporated
  • Parts of the client or Lean consultant's model, templates etc, that can be modified to align with FirstLine™
• Bubble Quest Limited then take away the gap analysis in order to provide the client or Lean consultant with a quotation in terms of costs and time to make the modifications so that they have a model that exactly fits their requirements.
• Once commissioned a specification is drawn up by Bubble Quest Limited and when agreed, the software writing and testing process begins.
• Client and Lean consultants future developments or modifications are handled in a similar way.
