Greg Simpson and Glen Walmsley have operated as a successful interim management and consulting team since 2002.

Greg has managed the clients' operations, establishing the corporate strategy, cascading objectives and raising the performance standards, and Glen has educated and motivated the first-line management in both the office and manufacturing environments alike.

Rapid, significant and lasting improvements have been made through a simultaneous 'top-down/bottom-up' approach to change management and the provision of knowledge transfer.

Greg Simpson and Glen Walmsley met in 2002 at BMW ‘Plant Oxford', and were an integral part of the Mini success story. Glen led the Kaizen events (continuous process improvement) and Greg was part of a team of three senior coaches leading their 'WinGs' (working-in-groups) culture change programme. As a direct result of their involvement, BMW went on to pick up the top CIPD award in 2003 for people management (People Management magazine).

Since then Greg and Glen have worked on many successful business improvement projects for Kellogg's, Icon Polymer Group, and Alcan, to name but a few.

Following the successful development and implementation of their prototype business improvement software, FirstLineTM, the decision was made to develop it into a unique and professional software application to support people in the change process. At this point, in 2004, Bubble Quest Ltd was formally established.

Bubble Quest has now become a company that not only offers its client first class Lean consultancy and interim management, but also a Lean software infrastructure providing sustainability unique to Bubble Quest
